The PMG Patient Portal will no longer be available after May 31, 2017. As you are aware PMG has joined Atrius Health effective June 1, 2017. At this time you may access your records but will no longer be able to send communications via the PMG Patient
Portal. You should call your doctor’s office direct. You will have the opportunity to join the Atrius MyHealth portal after June 1, 2017. You will be receiving more information regarding this transition soon.

PMG joined Atrius Health on June 1, 2017, and at that time we adopted a new medical record system with a different online patient portal called MyHealth Online. As a result, if you wish to obtain your historical medical record prior to May 31, 2017, please
use this portal to extract it, as it has not been copied into our new system.
PLEASE NOTE: We will need to close this portal as of July 31, 2017. Going forward, if you would like to continue to be able to access your medical information online for visits, prescriptions, labs, and tests performed on June 1, 2017 or later,
please go to the MyHealth Online website at https://myhealth.atriushealth.org/ and click the blue “Sign Up Now” button to create an account in our new system.
